DD+ extreme RMA wrong package after waiting 1+ month
the whole process took 5 weeks cause of the super slow email responses. today i finally received my order and its the wrong fcking item. instead of DD+ extreme i got a CS v3 pedals instead. what a joke. i have to wait 1 more month now again?? its so frustrating i just want to use my rig and i cant :/

AI. Pretty much all the responses here from Fanatec are AI auto bots to give you the impression of quick service.

Seems that also responses from webshop customers support are from bots because they gave exactly same response twice however I explained what I already done.
Not so impressed yet how new owner is affected to company.
Scary things, If you inform about wrong products have been sent and respond is just that try them, dont complain. Just scray thibg, I think this kind of respond will scare people away from Fanatec. I got impression that what the helll, what is this.
You will not get any issues dealt with through the forums here in regards to issues with products or orders.
You need to submit a support or sales ticket and wait for a response from a real person which is really slow. Always has been.
Corsair bought Fanatec but are still letting Fanatec run their own show so I suspect change in customer service will be really slow.

They should have already replied to you and a replacement order for the Gran Turismo® DD Extreme has been initiated and will be shipped in the next few days.
