New arrived clubsport DD is making noise and gives high frequency vibration

last thurday my new Clubsport D 12 Nm arrived, sunday was the day to g and try this beast. unfortunately when i turned on the wheelbase it made a cloikong bang and it makes a high pitch sound in certain positions. This occurs always even when PC is off. Also can you feel a high frequency vibration. I tried every suggestion but no changes. I saw online that there where more wheelbases with the same issue.
What I don’t understand is how it is possible that these wheelbases get through the quality check!
aAready tried to contact Fanatec, but as usual no reaction. For me this wheelbase is useless so I want a replacement ASAP. Unfortunately this is not my first issue with Fanatec so I know what to expect, no racing for a long time!

No upgrades will help, I tried it all. This wheelbase is really defect and I demand a replacement this week.
But you can guese it, still no reaction whatsover. If they do not solve this today, I am going to take legal steps. I am really done with Fanatec. Already send a mail sunday, and yesterday appologies thtough this forum from @Angel but no action.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but even after they are been taken over by Corsair, they are still the most customer unfriendly company I have ever encountered.
how long does it take to get an reply, I have a wheelbase with a value of €.800 and cannot use it, they have to be utterly ashamed.
