Need to cancel part of my order but can't get intouch with support after two weeks
Hi,
I placed a very expensive large order on Jan 14th. I recently realized that I need a different item than one of the items in the order. So I ordered the new items and promptly received them in two days which was awesome, even better than Amazon.
My first big order has items in it that are not available yet, so none of it has shipped and that's fine with me, but I need to cancel two of the items from that order while keeping the rest. I have filed a ticket but for two weeks now, I have only received automated responses by email. Can someone contact me from Fanatec about this so it can be resolved before the order ships? This would be much easier than trying to return it. I have spent a large amount of money, and it would be nice to hear from someone.
