Fancy a laugh - read my RMA latest LOL

So much for Corsair improving customer support. It actually seems to be getting worse.

For all of you struggling with it, I though this might make you laugh as it's so pathetic.

Sent BMW M4 wheel in for repair and it was received by Fanatec at the start of September 2024. After chasing and chasing I finally got a cost for the work on the 15th Jan 2025. This was in the form of a Quotation on my account. Great, I thought, I can pay the amount and get things moving. NO HOW WRONG WAS I LOL

The Quote has to be accepted and then it should create a cart with the repair in it. But all it does is throw an error on the website as soon as I accept it.

Contacted support straight away and all I have had since is repeated, we will get our IT to look at it. Well the Quote expires tomorrow... Why can't they just do this manually and get the repair going? I have told them the quote is fine and can they just proceed but get radio silence.

There has been no attempt to resolve this.

It's a classic case where anything out of the norm or an issue they don't know how to solve just gets ignored.

I hope you all enjoy reading this.... As I have no trust that Fanatec will ever sort it I thought sharing just might make some fun reading.

  • Oh what fun... Just tried again and now I get a cart with stuff in it and then another issue....

    "You must not change the Cart - UPS standard is part of the order" but then " UPS Standard is not a valid shipping method"

  • Good idea, but no it does not help. You have to be logged in and my account is just EU.
