Ghosted RMA

TL:DR Sent a podium base out for repair of a dead base screen. Got the base back and it wouldn’t turn on (bricked). Had to go to forums to get my support ticket opened once again, and sent it back out over a month ago back to support.
That leads me to where I am today. Out of a working wheelbase in my possession since October, and no indication when it will be returned to me, with an outstanding iRacing subscription that keeps ticking away and is not cheap. A request has been sent out to support last week inquiring about the status of the RMA, and to my surprise, I receive a response stating “I do see that your repair is completed now”, and since then still haven’t received any update as to when I can expect my wheelbase to be returned.
I have tried to be as patient as possible with this process however it’s been almost 4 months waiting for a my wheelbase to be returned in a working fashion, 98% of the time I’ve had no idea what is happening with my base. At this point I’m requesting a refund or store credits for the time I’ve been waiting for this RMA to be completed. I would like to continue with fanatic products, and recommend them in the future as the actual driving experience is great, but this experience has turned me away. If there is a way I can have a phone call with someone from support, sales, management, etc I would be happy to explain my position more and discuss solutions going forward.
