RMA support SO MUCH BETTER
I'm just writing this as usually we mostly hear the negatives around Fanatec support and communication.
Since the big Corsair buy out, I can confirm that communication is prompt, clear and very helpful and reassuring. When I submitted an RMA back in October 2024, I got an email the following day telling me I would hear from an agent within 7 days. I heard nothing at all and not even a ticket number until I decided to raise it again in January 2025 and immediately got an email with ticket number and was able to communicate back and forward multiple time as I needed and Fanatec/Corsair were so responsive and helpful. My RMA was processed shipped from Ireland and back to me with a brand new wheelbase within 2 weeks.

Sorry to hear that. But I am allowed to share my experience last I checked. So I hope to see improvements I got experienced by others and share the hope.
I had bad experiences here too as I mention in my post and sent in another ticket and got super support. Not my fault your pissed. I would be the same.
