Does Fanatec Support still exist???

Hello.

I sent a request to support since my DD+ base ended stucked in update mode.

Request sent Tuesday last week.

And for the moment, nobody gave any answer, no sign of life...

So at the moment I'm looking at a worth 4000€ simrig, unable to use it, and thinking about the 2500€ I spent in Fanatec stuff.

Is there anybody out there????

  • Maybe corsair replaced the support that was falling down with "AI"?


    Ok, I tried to be funny, but some responses in thisforum has been quite silly, maybe written by "AI".

  • They took 6 days to reply my ticket. The disclaimer on the website says they could take up to 2 weeks for a response.

    I think they are rearranging support after corsair acquisition.

    Have faith. They will reply.

  • It exists, but they are very, very slow to respond. Brace yourself for a long RMA process. Mine took 7 weeks from opening the ticket to getting a replacement

  • Same Problem, my DD+ (i got it 3 weeks ago) is bricked and i dont know why. Hope support will answer soon.
