Is Fanatec closed..?

So, i went out on a limb, against the advice of the internet, thinking hey, maybe the support isn't as bad as they say. Corsair bought them, it should be better, right?
Well, i tried to cancel an order, didn't work, it has sat at "Handover to Warehouse" since monday (Coincidently it happened shortly after my cancelation request) with ZERO responses to any emails. I requested tracking, i've requested to cancel, i've requested to refund... Absolutely no response what-so-ever aside from the automated response say they've gotten the emails.
What in the actual fuck is wrong with this company?

No.

i have only one question, you want a product and then you say you want cancel an order. you know how stupid it looks by default?
i know users have right for cancel but this is just insane.
It's not stupid to place an order and change your mind. What's stupid is the fact that i push the "Cancel order" button, the order -doesn't cancel and has sat in "Handover to warehouse" for a week with no response to emails. Any other company and i'd have a near instant response, or atleast within a day. It makes me nervous to the point that i don't want to deal with a company that will take nearly $2000, and then ignore you. It's a bad look.
Also, it seems to me that you don't understand the point of canceling. It exists because people change their mind. The fact that you don't understand that is what's insane.
depends of company but not everyone have direct assess for money. sometimes an accountant is needed involve this process and it may take time
You clearly have no idea what you're talking about.
and by read your first message, you clearly don't know what you want
I ordered a product, changed my mind and attempted to cancel said product.
It's pretty clear what I want.

i've requested to cancel.
I requested tracking.
so what one he wants? you not see problem here?
in industrial level, this kind jokes actually not tolerated, you order it, you pay it
Okay, let me break this down for you and then i'll take Dmitry's advice.
I ordered the items.
I requested to cancel the items.
Item moved to Handover to warehouse IMMEDIATELY after i sent the cancelation request (I doubt it's a coincidence, but it could be), where it's been for a week.
I requested tracking of said items so that I can pre-emptively deny the shipment.
i've asked them to cancel the shipment if no tracking is available, since that would mean that it has not yet shipped.
I've heard nothing at all from this company in terms of a response in over a week.
This is not complicated, you're just slow.
i guess you are from outside europe
anyway they post this https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/36683/important-update-free-shipping-and-price-adjustments#latest
for me it look they work, and they not closed
Unfortunately once it's labeled "hand over to the warehouse" you can't cancel it. It was probably a coincidence that your cancelation request and it going to the warehouse right after. As for the right to cancel, I ordered a force feedback yoke from another country. It said I'd be charged $50 if I wanted to cancel. They made it very clear. Something came up and I had to cancel the order and sure enough, I was charged $50. They sent a message beforehand telling me about the $50 charge and if I was sure I wanted that, so I gave my approval. So, not all companies are easy to cancel things.
