USB C port in QR2 Base side (type c) does not fully slides to connect to GT DD PRO Weell

Hello,
I recently bought (order number: 2095126) a QR2 Wheel Side and Base side (type C) for my GT DD Pro wheel, in order to fix some disconnecting issues that I was experiencing.
Having received the items and properly mounted them according to instructions, I now face the problem that comes from the fact that the base side does not smotthly slide all the way into the wheel shaft (with Fanatec's "F" logo facing up). That does not happen. The USB C port seems to be stuck prior to being fully inserted (although that happens if the "F" logo is facing down). There seems to be a missalignment in the Base Side (as with the previous system it worked, and still works).
I don´t want to force the USB C entry as I fear to damage it.
I wrote an email (registered as Ticket Number 2008139782) but still did not receive a proper reply. Maybe through this forum I can get some help.
Has anyone experienced this issue?

It doesn't matter if "F" is on top or bottom. Just use it the way it goes all the way in.

But it does in fact matter. If the "F" is facing down, the pin match to the wheell will cause the wheel to be upside down, threfore impossible to use.
You can calibrate a new center position.
Thank you Hristo por your reply. It may be in fact a solution (although The "F" logo is down, and I could not care less)
This calibration takes place via Fanatec control panel, correct?
I don´t think that it is possible to do so via PS5.
It's also possible on a console, see the quick guide on your steering wheel on how to do it.
