Binding mic on/off to wheel button

I communicate during races uses Discord. Is there a way to bind a button on the wheel to either turn Discord on/off or the Windows mic on or off?

    Discord app has "push to talk" option in its settings that you can bind to a wheel's button. This is what I'm using if I'm racing in a group with Discord voice chat
