Fanatec GT DD Pro creaking sound slightly

Hi! I got my Fanatec GT DD Pro about a week ago. And I noticed a slight creaking sound when turning. It's also barely noticeable if not, not noticeable at all when turned off. And also before this I encountered a different issue with clunking. I fixed it with electrical tape. But now I need support with this. Can an admin please help? Thank you!

    It might be the QR1. They have been known to make some noise. Check to make sure the pinch bolt is tight. You could upgrade to QR2. If your under warranty reach out to support.

    I tightend it, but the creaks are very light, and also it qr lite.
