Received defective GT DD Pro and no response from support

I received a defective GT DD Pro that needs replacement and Fanatec support is not responding to my ticket. Is there a way to escalate this ticket so that I can get my returned processed?

    yes, go to reddit, and then go to the fanatec reddit group thing. Then find the mod, he should be named mars corsair.

    Then you will wanna chat with him, not post anything or pm, just chat with him. tell him your problem and he will ask for your ticket number, and he will be able to escalate the situation!

    (I only know this cuz I was asking him for something, there isn't anything wrong with mine)
