Fanatec claims item was not received.

This has been going on for over two months already.

I sent a package to Fanatec containing a recently purchased but defective DD pro wheelbase. The package was delivered on February 14th but your representative claims you did not receive it. This is the UPS Tracking number: 1z966e659097166059 According to UPS it was received at your facility in Coppell Texas on February 14th. Please let me know what is going on. The package was dropped off at your loading dock apparently. If the package was lost at your facility please confirm so I can understand what my options are. Contact with your customer support team so far has been pretty useless because they do not answer simple questions. Can you please provide some answers? Ticket number 2008127314
