Can you tell me how I can process the warranty of a product if the serial number of the database does not match those in the MY PRODUCTS section?

    You have changed the serial number on the packaging box and on the MY PRODUCTS page, but the wheel base and the commercial box have the old serial numbers LA..... How am I going to identify a wheel base or other product that a customer brings me if the serial numbers do not match?
