No iRacing voucher received

Almost a week ago i ordered and received my new CSL DD, during the purchase phase in the cart the message appeared informing me that i would be entitled to 3 free months of iRacing.

Today, several days after the delivery of my DD if i enter the "My Games" section of my Fanatec account, there is no voucher key.

I also wrote to fanatec support but unfortunately without any kind of response.

Could anyone give me some advice?
