My order status is Your order has not been processed yet, without order number

Hi Fanatec, can you check my order? I ordered Pedal v3 on March 5th and paid.

The status looks good, but I’m curious about the order number. It’s empty on the order page, and there’s no invoice despite the successful credit card charge.
