If you ordered older/non preorder products and everything was in stock, then that is normal for US orders. In fact. It's a bit faster than what I usually get. You're likely closer to the warehouse than me.
I have an unknown tracking from FedEx, coming from Arcadia, CA. Says it will be here on Friday 22nd. I ordered Dec 3rd. Any idea if Fanatec ships out from Arcadia, CA? I can’t find any info on that. It does say the package is 55lbs which seems right for what I ordered I’m guessing. Hoping it is!
Edit: Nvm, it’s just the gaming chair I ordered from Amazon. Sigh, the wait continues.
I am glad you are getting your stuff but I think it is pretty sad they can get your order out yet I have and order from November 23 that still has not shipped. Everything I ordered is still in stock on the US site.
USA, ordered the GT DD Pro 8nm bundle with Load Cell and Tuning Kit Dec 3rd, 2023. Order #1864xxx but didn't realize I needed to select FedEx overnight to be guaranteed delivery this year.
I wish more people would post their country and order number when posting that they received actual tracking or have received their order.
Being in southern California I've been hopeful based on Shipping Update 3 but....
I’m in SoCal also Michael. If FedEx doesn’t have our packages today or tomorrow we are screwed. Can’t believe Fanatec cannot get an order for merchandise that was all in stock on November 23 when I ordered and still shows stock as of today out the door in time for Christmas. Pretty sad and they should all be ashamed of themselves.
That’s what I’m thinking too and yet they still claimed on the 3rd update post for US, “For new orders: If you want to receive something by Christmas, then you need to purchase with FedEx Ground by Sunday at the latest” that would be Sunday the 17th and that’s the standard Fedex Ground shipping too. How would this even be possible when we all are still waiting for our orders. What a joke.
That's bs I ordered a frikin WRC bundle, the 5nm qr1 csl pedal and clutch 15 days ago and I have a legit concern about the shipping and there's been no updates on orders page and no one from cus.service has answered me. No shipping, no answers. Nothing

I was just pointing out to the OP that in the US that is usually how it goes on in stock items. This order seems to be outside of both BF deals and pre-orders. What's happening to yours? I couldn't say. But it sounds like its lost in the BF Deal mess.
If you had a pre-order or BF deals, things are obviously not going smoothly. I am also waiting on an order and my holiday plans are also all messed up because of it.
For those of us checking in daily for updates, all we can do is collect data and see what does and what does not affect us. Right now it all seems to be based on: Location, Deals, and Pre-Orders.
Also note that NO ONE is getting replies from support tickets. I have sent two tickets in the past two months on two separate orders and neither have been met with any response.
USA orders I placed for single items I’ve received in a week or less.
A big order I placed with the DD I needed still didn’t ship after a month of waiting.
They cannot ship partial orders, so even though the store shows "in stock", who knows which warehouse that actually is, and if ALL items in an order are not in your warehouse at the same time, the order cannot ship.
