How to MAKE Fanatec ship your order
I ordered on Dec 3. Fanatec ignored my email for an update and sat on my product until the 20th.
Here's the key part to get your order in the mail.
I opened a paypal claim against them and included a pic of the invoice and the email I sent them asking for correspondence.
Within 12 hours of that paypal claim notice Fanatec boxed and shipped my item. So if you're still waiting...open that claim. It will light the fire under their ass.

yeah you're right...you should just do nothing instead of initiating a claim to force them to ship it asap.
are you serious, after a few days you're already getting upset even though you know that many orders from the BF still have to be processed and christmas is just around the corner?
You're not alone in the world and others are ahead of you, plus it's Christmas now and the people at Fanatec have earned their vacation too, so you won't hear from them for a while anyway
i find this kind of behavior from people disgusting, the sellers are not your slaves!
i think it purely a coincedense and i think u got lucky the same day they shipped your stuff was when u made that claim
when i see an ideotic post like this i would hope instead u got your money back and had to reorder instead and wait even longer
Where'd I say anyone was my slave? They didn't ship within 10 business days so I opened a claim. You understand this is my right as a consumer ?

i am not mad just think you were lucky that's all could also have gotten a refund and your order taken down and had to reorder wait even longer u took a risk cannot say wether off it paid of but luck was on your side this time

Lol! I opened a PayPal dispute trying to get them to cancel an order of QR2s I didn’t need, as they were never able to ship the DD I ordered, and they didn’t respond to the PP dispute for 3 weeks!
When they did respond they claimed the delay in response was due to having no one in the Failtec company assigned to respond to PayPal! Fail!
Paypal doesn't give the seller 3 weeks to respond...they give them 5 days.
Share a screenshot of the 3 week wait on the case file. I don't believe you honestly.
It seems like 10 days is around the time they are currently taking for in stock 'Ready to Ship' orders.

12-13 Order updated to 'Sent to Warehouse'
12-23 Fedex label created
12-24 Serial numbers and tracking updated on order page. Fedex status updated to 'On the way' (package received by Fedex)
12-27 Expected delivery date (San Jose, CA).

I am in the US and my in stock order was placed on November 23 and I still can’t get an answer as to why it hasn’t shipped.
What did you order?
Ordered a Porsche Leather Wheel, Xbox Universal Hub, Shifters, Podium Endurance Button Module and sticker kit. Order will be 5 weeks old tomorrow. No idea what the problem is getting a in stock order out the door but all I have received from Fanatec was a cut and paste email about how busy they are. I have asked for a refund on the order and will contact PayPal if I don’t get some type of response.
