day 42-how long is it legal to keep my € without delivering product,refunding, or answering 1 email?

The good folks at Fanatec have decided to delete completely benign comments on my original thread, you can see them in my twitter thread here https://twitter.com/JavierMares/status/1740392184720035957

If a description of my experience with this and a previous order offends you, Fanatec, perhaps you should improve your user experience and not delete reports of it.

On the title question, we will find out. I have submitted a complaint to www.eccnet.eu , the European Consumer Centre. I encourage others to do the same, and to connect with me on Discord and Twitter if Fanatec chooses to delete legitimate reports of our experience.
