19.99% interest rate (Refunds after a month should be with interest?)
Average interest rate is 19.99% for borrowing money from credit cards or 6.99% for investing in savings.
Can I expect some money back for the money Fanatec took from my account 6 weeks before and have not yep delivered my goods I paid for?
If they are holding on peoples money for over a month on average without any guarantee on good to be delivered shoudnt they be penalized with refund money back with interest?

I doubt any company would refund you interest you have to pay when using a Credit Card for payment. They may be way behind on orders, but they do not have any responsibility for the payment type you choose to use.
That being said some companies do not charge your card until the order is shipped. They just put a hold for the amount of the sale.
