What‘s the exact issue in your case? Because I received all of my 6 in BF-week ordered products within 1-10 days? Also Germany.
When did you cancel your order?
Did you check Terms & Conditions you agreed on during order?

I was affected by the Formula V2.5X f.. up.
Ordered and paid Nov. 24th. Cancelled December 15th after they finally admitted their mistake. No hard feelings about the order I will not receive, I can and will buy from other vendors. But keeping hundreds of Euros without any comments is just ridiculous. Especially over the holiday season.
Okay, thank you for clarification. You‘ll probably get your money back when the customer service reaches your incident. At the moment people who have contacted Customer Service in October are getting responses… I wish you all the best getting your money back as soon as possible. I totally understand your frustration.

well, what is not clear to you?
we were all waiting for our purchased products to be shipped. you wait 3-4 weeks and then the crap from FanaSCAM sends you an email asking you to wait until the end of March or to cancel the order. so this implies that they return your money, and for which they write in the email that it takes 3-7 days. why should any of us have to deal with banking business and waste time on something for which the shit from the fraudulent company has already screwed us over.
so if you didn't understand, the main offense of this thieving company is to promise to send something it sells in a certain period and then deliberately drags it out for weeks. in this way they use our money for their projects.
if this was an honest company, then they would immediately cancel the orders and return the money.

that means, to get the money back, you have to go to the bank, for some it takes time.
when you submit a written request, they must contact the seller and check whether the goods have been delivered or not. all of this takes time due to the holidays as well as FanaSCAM will eventually refund everyone's money. because they deliberately delay so that the money stays in their account for as long as possible.
but that is not the main point. the point is that some want to get the 25% voucher that is promised to them.
and if you cancel the order yourself through the bank or paypal, you lose that 25%.
obviously the scoundrels from FanaSCAM are counting on that card.
but the best thing for me is when these days all over the internet I see posts from angry customers who canceled FanaSCAM equipment and happily bought Simagic or similar great products.

What kind of a specialist are you? Youre insulting innocent customers that got screwed up by Fanatec and are making such unqualified comments? Why? In Germany it is widespread to pay via bank transfer. In this case there is no chance of a Chargeback. Thats a fact! So you can send them a letter and set them a date within 14 days to refund the paid money. If you dont get it in these 14 days, you can go to a lawyer and to the police to make your claim. Thats the way things are working over here.
