For those keeping track. DD+ Order Date Changed again
I know everyone was looking at a couple dates that changed. Jan 17th and a February 26th?
Mine was originally Dec 12th and moved to Jan 17th. Today it moved to today. So while that tells me almost nothing, i know if you're like me and tracking this. This is new.
At this point I'm just curious to see if any of this info we've been looking at means anything lol.

My DD+ order changed to 10th as well, though the order status still says "...in process" so not much hope for today, hopefully (though same as everyone in this forum not expecting much at this point) in a day or two gets shipped.
Could just be computer updates from inventory. Who knows, but i've been tracking it, and i assume i am not alone in doing this.
The DD+ also says ready to ship in the store
It might just be they are moving the dates in their sales sytem, they actually received the go or just some other expectations...at this point, i am just waiting in anticipation. However, i trust i will eventually get my base and it will be high quality. Their customer service and their ordering and shipping process needs major improvement to say the least, but their products quality are top notch
I am very glad to see this, that actually means that Sony has approved it.(I think) You guys will probably be get morning a email that it’s preparing for shipment.
Unfortunately for me it’s still on 17 Januari but yeah 1 week extra no problem with it at all just happy to see its finally gonna be shipped!
My CS DD+ order says Jan 17.

My real concern is the quality of the base, as RMA is a nightmare and as an owner of a shameful amount of Fanatec gear, I can personally say that the actual QC and Software support are not really as high as a lot of us think it is. I've had several tickets on several items, and even at it's best, I've waited days to be asked to try minor troubleshooting tasks before moving on to the next step. And I've owned a few products that are released before the software properly supports them.
But to be fair. I have received also early driver and firmware files to resolve issues as well.
Things would be simpler if i would just stop tinkering with my setup lol.
I've had only one RMA issue and it was a CSL-DD boost PSU. I ran all the troubleshooting steps I could think of to confirm it was the PSU before I submitted the support ticket, and documented it all in said ticket. That was enough to ensure their first contact back was to arrange the replacement.
Yes. I learned quickly that documenting EVERYTHING you have tried before you ever submit a ticket is the way to go. And grabbing a video of issues that can be shown on video is a good idea too. Doing this gets you to about Step 3 of the process. :P

Oh! Good point. Mine is US. But what was your order date? Maybe that has something to do with it?
DD+ shows availability in US webshop as Feb 29 now. Eric posted as seeing it marked available.
For a new order available Feb 26 on EU shop.
Mine was ordered 24 Nov and currently has a 17 Jan date.
Mine is saying available today as well in u.s. yesterday it was Jan. 17th so hopefully not an inventory update but a sign progress is being made on the licensing side of things.
when I pre ordered my csl dd it was at my door without me even knowing it had shipped.
i don’t really mind when I get it. I’m just stoked to have this thing moving.
Mine was ordered november 14th i think the 17th is just to make sure its all on time iflt can also still change will just wait for that email saying its being shipped 🙂

While mine and others being today is confusing. it sort of makes sense that the dates we have are staggered based on order date.

Im in the U.S. and I ordered 10/21/23 and also had 12/12 original availability date. Mine has also changed from 1/17/24 to 1/10/24. Hopefully this is good news and they will ship soon. I'm guessing all of the 1/10 availability dates are the people that are in the first batch. 1/17 are the people in the second batch.
Agreed. I believe there were 3 to 4 batches before the delays. If the date changes to Jan 11 2024 tomorrow Ill assume it's just brackets of the preorders and they'll be shipping them according to those batches.
I think it has nore to do with warehouse then the batch

Gibt es zur Zeit irgendwelche Vorschläge, welche Software Version ich Downloaden sollte um die DD+ samt Zubehör zu Aktualisieren ?
