Lost package
Ordered the CSL DD back in December. The package made it to Mesquite, NM and all of a sudden it is no where to be found. FedEx has contacted me telling me to contact Fanatec for a claim. How do I do this? I’ve had no response from their support email. Really hoping I didn’t waste 450 dollars.

Mine got lost the exact same way at the exact same place. It’s an issue with FedEx we just have to wait for support if not we have more then enough evidence to win a chargeback case if they never respond.
Yea I just don’t understand how packages “disappear” unless someone is there stealing them it’s got to be in their warehouse and just to lazy to look or do anything about it
Im thinking the same thing homie saw a full racing setup and threw it out his truck and into is car lmao. Im thinking about switching to Moza at this point. They have an adapter so i can use my Fanatec wheel.
