CSL Elite Wheel misshifts

Hello,

in April this year my CSL Elite wheel starts randomly misshifting (only on downshifts). Fanatec replaces the wheel.
Now, five months later, the wheel starts misshifting on upshifts. Roundabout once every 5-10 minutes.

Is there any advice how to solve this permanently? Is this a common problem?

    I have had my CSL Elite wheel less then a month now and its miss-shifting on down shift.
