How long do I have to wait for customer support? I have a faulty product and have sent 2 customer support emails and am yet to hear a peep back. So frustrating.

Wow. At least you were able to find a link to customer support. In general, if a company does not provide an easy way to get support then its not a reputable company. I too have a faulty product and cannot figure out how to even contact them!! Here is a youtube video of my broken wheel. Just happened between uses. It worked, then sat down to use and now its broken. I purchased it new and its adult owned. (50+ years old).
i suggest everyone who has an issue with their wheel to post it on youtube. Hopefully when youtube is saturated with failure videos the company will begin servicing its customers properly. 😕
