csl elite + wheel base problem

Hey, I have a serious problem with my csl elite wheelbase.

My base disconnects when I am turning the wheel, I use it for PS4 and there it works perfectly fine but when I try to use it on PC it just disconnects when I am even turning the wheel.

I tried reinstalling the software with no luck :/

I already wrote to fanatec but since I need to it use for PC and they are days to answer, I thought I would ask the community and see if this is a common problem.

Please help :)

    I noticed that when i turn my wheel slow it wont disconnect, but when i turn it fast it disconnects
