HELLO

TODAY I MADE THE ORDER OF A FANATEC CONFIGURATION

BY ERROR I CANCELED THE ORDER WHY I WANTED TO CHANGE THE TYPE OF SHIPMENT

NOW THE ORDER STATUS is Clarification needed

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WANT TO SAY.

NOW I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND IF THE ORDER STARTS ITSELF OR IS BLOCKED FOR THE MONEY THEY TAKEN

    I also had this status when I ordered a Porsche Wheel. This is probably a bug in the ordering software. The status changes later

    This is normal status in the order processing. It will change once the next stage in the order happens. If you would like to change something with your order you can reply to the email you received or contact support.
