McLaren Wheel Up Shifting issue

Hi guys
Looks like this is a know issue.
Bought my McLaren Wheel on June/19 and now he started to give a lot of problems with the up-shifting, wich he simply doesnt work...during a race u press and there's no input response
Do you please have some fix? Because i didnt live in US...i bought when i was in my vacations...and i dont want to be with a broken wheel.
