new BROKEN shifter

I recently purchased a clubsport limited edition shifter. first time plugged in. The shifter has wiggle in 1st and 2nd gear. While in 1st the shifter will go in reverse due to the wiggle, and when shifted to 2nd the shifter stays in N. Please! the shifters are not cheap! i was getting ready rto purchase the 2.5 wheel base RIM and V3 Pedals. but based off the quality of the shifter and customer service, i think thats a bad idea. Please help!

    Did you calibrate the shifter?

    It comes with an allen wrench. Have you tried sticking the allen wrench into the hole on the left side of the shifter housing and tightening the tension on the shifter?

    Keith, contact them, send in a video and they will make it right. Sucks, but there may be an easy fix for your issue. If not, they will RMA it.
