The pedals V3 emit a metallic sound

Hello. When using the pedals they emit a metallic sound. As if something is breaking. This sound does not come from the pedals themselves, but from the plate on which my feet rest. It annoys me terribly. Has anyone had a similar problem? Can I add a link to movies on Dropbox?

    check for a vibration motor that is loose fitting in mounting clamp.
