Fanatec Clubsport v2 - Intake Fan not working

hey guys,

i have a problem to deal with and wanted to know if anybody else has experienced anything similar before. i already posted this exact question on the fanatec reddit, but thought i would leave it here aswell.

i was playing raceroom as usual, hotlapping for a bit when i witnessed a light, simmering smell. that smell was actually coming out of my clubsport v2 wheelbase. turns out that the fan on the left side, the intake one, did not work anymore. i havent felt any issues with the ffb so far, so i stopped playing immediatly and kept the base running for a couple of minutes to cool down.

i also tried a base restart. that didnt get the fan to run again.

has anybody experienced anything similar before?
