I placed an order in your online shop on 14.04.2020 at 18:15 for the amount of 786,8 euro and when I started to pay it there was a payment error and for some reason my bank wrote off this amount for an order that was not placed. I am sending you a picture of the error that occurred and the receipt of payment please look, help solve the problem and refund the money!!!
