CSL Elite Wheel Base V 1.1 center calibration

Hey guys,
i just got my new Fanatec Wheel Base + my Clubsport Steering Wheel F1 Esports.
I'm new to Fanatec stuff, so i did as the manual told me to. So far so good.
I did the center calibration thing, but my Whell is -4 off the center. tried to
put the Wheel into the center position but the Wheel is snapping back
to the "-4" position every time. Need some help. Is the Whellbase broken?😥

Did you make sure it is in PC mode (red) and enter tuning menu so S-1 is showing. Center the wheel and press both Funky + Analogue together then exit the menu. You can also use the "Center Calibration" in the Driver Settings tab.
yeah i tried it exactly this way. led is red. i'm going into the tuning menu in S-1. but then i cant center the wheel properly. when i set the wheel to its center its sliding a little bit to the left so that it is slightly off angle (-2). waht ios the center calibration in the driver settings tab? is it fanalab?
The Fanatec Driver software, not Fanalab.
yes, i downloaded the right driver and got the "Fanatec Wheel Property Page". But in this program i cant calibrate my center
Which driver version did you install? You need 340 and later for the centre calibration.
the "Fanatec Wheel Property Page" says i'm having the PC driver: 336
if i need another driver coukd you post a link of the driver i need?
