MODE problem

hello, a few days ago i bought a csl elite v1.1. i connected the product to xbox but it did not go ... it works only on pc. i tried to click the MODE button but the light of the csl rhymed red(pc) and did not turn green (xbox) 

problem: when I press MODE does not change mode
