Add item to order not started in status preorder

Hi everyone, I wanted to know if I can add an item to an order already made and paid for in pre-order status. if it's possible tell me how to do it? I have to add the dumoer kit to the v3 pedalboard. thanks for the help you will give me.

    Hi Giambattista, you can email support but the Sales FAQ say : "Can I modify an order? Please note that order modifications are not possible due to technical reasons."


    So you can either cancel and re-order OR just order the item on its own (extra shipping).

    Allan is correct, unfortunately it is not possible to modify an existing order.
