V3 Pedals not registering

downloaded multiple drivers, only see the v3 pedals as csl elite pedals. I havent been able to recognize them once (no brake clutch or gas). I keep trying to upload different driver types to no success. any help? windows 10/64 v3 pedals brand new. The connection with clubsport usb adapter

    No need to use the Clubsport USB adapter.

    The V3 pedals have it’s own USB port so use that one.
