New Order - is in process since 26 May

I have a order since 26 may still in process, not processed yet.

Someone know if this is happened because in order there is a one item that is in pre-order. Because there is 2 itens in this order, one in stock and another in pre-order.

Fanatec is waiting to send all together or maybe other problem in order

    Fanatec will send your order when both items are in stock.

    You can cancel and create two orders to get one shipped when they can and then the other for the preorder.

    It might take a few days for your refund.
