Customer Service and Availability Date

Hello, i hope a lot of fanatec employee read this Forum and forward the user feedback to the management

We ordered 1 month ago v3 pedals, fanatec change availability date and no reaction of contact (10 days ago).... its unacceptable for a good company to lead such policies to customers

i read more and more canceled orders and change to other manufacturer, we wait until next monday and if no feedback or delivery status from fanatec we change too the manufacturer

Fanatec = Good Stuff and Bad Customer Service
