Fanatec Customer Service NON EXISTENT

I have been going back and forth for over a week to try to first, get answers about a product I purchased and, second -- to see how and where to return the item.


Fanatec's customer service is non-existent. I am BEYOND frustrated

Can someone from FANATEC please tell me how to return the item I purchased? Where to ship it to??????

    Understand your frustration, however Thomas posted a couple of weeks ago asking if you could allow up to 14 days for a response, due to the lack of manpower and increased amount of orders.

    Maybe asking the question about your product here can get you help. Your return needs to be processed through the sales team

  • I emailed fanatec at the start of June it’s now almost 4 weeks later an no reply...
