Cannot update the Motor Firmware

The Moto Firmware of my CSL E PS4 is V18, and i wanna update it. But i got problem when i start the Motor Firmware Updater, i cannot connect my Base and some Error is shown. Can anyone help me? Thank you

    Hello,

    I had a similar problem. In my case nothing happens when I click to update motor firmware. a clean uninstalling and reinstalling drivers solved it.
