F1 2020 Key DOES NOT SHOW UP
Good morning to all the other people who woke up excited about the F1 2020 release!
Well, that was the case for me at least, and it was a big relief seing the Fanatec email popping up on my phone, after I had so many issues with my Fanatec delivery over the last 6 weeks. But appearently it doesn't stop there as my F1 2020 key is NOT SHOWING UP in my Fanatec profile!!
Under "My Games" it says "F1 2020" and then there is the column for "key" but it is blank!!
Correct me if I'm wrong but to me it seems as if I was the only one having issues (once again). I hope they'll fix it throughout today, but this was once again a customer service that does not stand up to its brand's name.
Any experience with this issue?

It's not listed below the column for key, but below the column of the games name.

thank you for your quick help! I wonder why Fanatec continuously has errors like these which the customers have to adress individually in the forum. In my opinion this is not the kind of customer service I would expect from a company that sells products worth thousands of euros, but that's up to your boss I guess...
