Way too less FFB ( CSL ELITE PS4)

Hey guys, since i got the wheel i have problems with the FFB, its way too weak and the wheel weight isnt strong enough. Im pretty sure its not broken, because i have the same problem with my other Wheel (not from Fanatec). Im playing on PS4 and i think its may be a problem with the drivers and the firmware that wont update correctly.

I hope theres a solution because i love playing racing games and its just frustrating.

What wheel? What game? What settings in game and on the wheel? What drivers and firmware have you tried?

f1 19, 18,17 and im driving with the csl elite with the beta driver 365 or so

Are you using the recommended settings from the forum? https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/844/f1-2019-ps4-fanatec-recommended-settings

Did you update driver and all firmware together? If you have a mistmatch, you will not get good results.

Ive spoke with the support and they sent me the 346 driver but when i start the fanatec driver package its just getting stuck and windows doesnt respond anymore. Now i tried the 347 and it doesnt recognise my wheel because of the issue ; This program couldnt be started because the configuration informations are incomplete or damaged (code 19)

So, i tried the 672 and 669 firmware with the 22 motor firmware and it doesnt work

Any solutions for this?

Both of those seem to have a ton of lag for the input to be detected, but anyway, it looks obvious you have no force feedback. Does the force feedback test with the driver do anything? My CSL shakes very violently when I click that.
