CSW base V2 doesn't recognize any input

Hi, so i bought a second hand CSW base V2 and a CSL Elite P1 wheel and a new CSL Elite pedals, but the fanatec software doesn't recognize any input or wrongly -I recorded the issue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8wOJZ2KhvM - . I'm running the base with PC Driver : 328 and WB firmware : 626.

I hope someone can help me. Thank you.

That Driver/Firmware is quite old. Try updating to 346 or 365 with incl firmwares.

Also check for broken pins in the steering wheel QR.

I just installed the V346 driver and made the recommanded update but now my wheel is no longer recognized. Any thoughts?

I checked and none of my pins are broke.
