I placed an order, paid, received confirmation of purchase and nothing else was told
I placed my order on June 18th and my dates have already been changed twice. first, the steering wheel was available, only the pedals were missing when the date when the pedals were available changed the steering wheel date to August 14th. I already sent an email and so far no reply. Order: 1100381

Same….Made a 3000 euro order the 18th of June, paid and was told all exsept pedals and Porche steering wheel was in stock, so I was told that they would ship it all together the 10th of July.
When I look at my order status now its says the 21 of aug???
Sendt a email to Fanatec, as this is a 18 years old birthday gift for my daughter, andI made the order in good time. But they use 7 work days to answer a email??
Im a father in a bad spot now, kind of frustrating not to even get a reply.
