V3 throttle pedals sent for repair and still same problem!

To say I am dissapointed is understatement!!!!

my v3 throttle started not returning to zero throttle when there was no pedal input ....

fanatec support emailed and suggested a few things to try (redown load all firmware /drivers and using manua and automatic calibration) none of these worked, i sent a video to support of the problem......they then said they needed to be sent back to germany for repair (these pedal are not 5 months old).....they arrived back today without explination of any such repairs, tried them and after 30 mins of racing exact same fault!!!!!!!!!

really beggining to wish id gone for Heusinkveld sprints now!!😣

    Hi Andrew,

I have checked the case notes and the work carried out was this:

"Replacement of the accelerator pedal sensor and the main PCBA. Then tested without errors"

The manual calibration should help with this. If you apply a small amount of pressure (basically resting your foot on the pedal so that you see a bit of signal), and click the 'min' button at the same time, that should be enough to avoid any unwanted pedal input at the beginning of the throw.
