Formula V2 wheel vibration motor

In the last couple of days my Formula V2 rim has developed a clicking noise in the vibration motor. I have included a video (not mine) which shows the issue. Is this something I can attempt to fix on my own or do I need to send it in.

This sounds like the motor is rubbing against the wheel. I'd open support ticket and get a replacement.
