Brand New DD1 has a slight knocking sound in certain corners
My brand new dd1 has a slight knocking sound in certain corners, mostly to the right.

And there isn`t a solution from fanatec.. so any help?

Known Issue. You can turn down the FEI to make it less noticeable until a fix is released.
has this been fixed i having the same issue . it also knocks when i turn it off ..
Has been solved with one of the latest SW Beta versions from Driver 372 onwards.
However, a very small knock when shutting down is normal and no issue. Somewhere here in the forum it was told that this related to the anti-cogging-filter shut-off, so unavoidable.
I tried the new beta SW but the issue still exist . I'm still getting a knocking on the base when hitting a rubble strip . or heavy bump . it didnt do this when it was new , unit is only about 6 month old ..

Are you sure that your knocks are related to bumbs and kerbs? Then, maybe it is not based on the firmware, but your FEI seting could be set to high or an amplifier setting at your game. It could even be a wrong suspension setting with a ride high to low, so that your car is bottoming out...
