[Resolved] problem with dd1

hi guys
sorry to pathar you
but I have a technical issue
i have a podium wheel racing for ps 4 and followed the the instruction and plug everything in place and i played with for couple of days . the steering wheel not working, it seem not conecting to dd1 or something.
I pushed the tuning button but nothing happened.
The podium wheel base is working but the steering wheel is not.
can anyone help?

Is the steering wheel really push on the shaft all the way? Very difficult to see from that angle.
Also, did you connect the wheel to a pc beforehand and checked the pre installed firmware?
It worked
I take the wheel out and put ir back and push it a little inside.
