competition pack lagging on xbox one

hi

my fabric competition pack was just bought a week ago was fine for a little bit but now after 5 mins of use it lags out and the wheel goes off center and i can’t use it and when i’m driving it opens up menus and presses buttons by itself

    Hi Samuel, please check that all the cable connections are secure, and particularly the quick release between the wheel and the base.
