Formula Carbon Wheel mechanical/electrical noise when racing

Hello,
Yesterday when racing on iRacing i noticed that my wheel was making a strange mechanical/electrical noise. At first i thought it was the CSW 2.5 wheel base but after some testing I have discovered that is in fact the wheel, not the base. Is there anything I can do to fix this or will I just have to send the wheel in? I will attach a video of the noise.

The wheel has build in vibration motors. It is meant to vibrtate and make noises with some FFB effects.
this is not the normal noise, ive had it for two months and it has only started making these weird sounds now.

I have exactly the same problem you have with the steering wheel, and it also happens only in iracing, not in assseto for example.
Did you find a solution or was it normal?

So when I had this issue I sent an email to Fanatec and they told me to just send the wheel in for RMA. However, I decided that it was not worth it for me to be without a wheel for a few weeks due to this issue.
So i raced with this issue for some time and then one day it magically went away. In iRacing i turned off the led lights on the wheel and after a few days the noise was gone.

I'm going to turn off the LEDs and see if the noise stops over time. I will also open a ticket with fanatec to see what they say, but what you have told me reassures me a bit
